Our conference will once again deliver current topics and real challenges that affect anyone involved with adult and paediatric dental sedation.
Our speakers are specifically chosen according to their expertise in their field of practice.
Anyone interested would be welcome to attend and the presentations will specifically be geared to students, dentists, sedation providers, anaesthetists, dental nurses and practice managers.
Delegates are encouraged to attend the live conference allowing interaction with speakers.
There will also be a prize essay presentation with the award of £250 for the best poster – see below
ADAS Oral Presentation Prize Value of award: £250
We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for consideration for presentation during our annual ADAS conference. All abstracts will be considered for poster presentation and the top three abstract will be selected for an oral presentation at the conference. We seek entries relevant to the subject of dental anaesthesia and sedation, submission of work can be an audit, quality improvement, case report, survey or original research. It is expected that presenters will have personally carried out the work or performed some of the treatment.
CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: 14th April 2024 midnight
The best 3 entrants will be invited to deliver a 15 minute oral presentation at the ADAS Annual Conference in Bristol, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
General instructions for all abstracts
- Use 12 point Arial font
- Title should be no more than 15 words
- The presenting author should be listed first and co-authors thereafter.
- Give surnames followed by up to two initials
- Give affiliations for each author on line below names
- The main body of the abstract text should not be more than 400 words
- Provide the name of any funding body, if applicable, at the bottom of the abstract
